Privacy Policy

Orbit Rush

Effective date: August 2, 2026

Who we are

Orbit Rush ("the app") is a casual arcade game developed by Stefanos Kouzounis ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data is processed when you play, and the choices you have. Contact: mytaskslistsandschedules@gmail.com.

Data we do NOT collect

The app has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, files, or precise location. Your scores, coins, unlocked skins and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

  • Device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
  • Coarse location derived from IP address
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and diagnostic information

How Google uses this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google AdMob's privacy documentation.

Your choices:

  • In the European Economic Area and the UK, a consent dialog is shown on first launch (Google UMP). You can change your choice at any time via Settings → Ad Privacy in the app.
  • You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
  • With consent declined or unavailable, the app remains fully playable.

Analytics & crash reporting (Google Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand aggregate gameplay (e.g. scores reached, session length, which features are used) and to find and fix crashes. This involves processing of:

  • A pseudonymous app-instance identifier (not your identity)
  • Gameplay events (e.g. run started/ended, score, ads shown)
  • Crash logs and device diagnostics (device model, OS version)

This data is not used to identify you. Firebase's data practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are configured with a maximum content rating of "T" (teen-suitable).

Data retention & deletion

We hold no server-side data about you. On-device data is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage. For data processed by Google (advertising), see Google's policies linked above.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to processing. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, requests regarding ad data should be directed to Google via the links above; for anything else, contact us at mytaskslistsandschedules@gmail.com.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the effective date above.
